So on the weight loss front...I gained a pound this week. I was down to 251 last Wednesday and up to 252 this week. Practiced my dreaded 'Sword and Baby' Stance last night (It can beat your Crane Stance!), instructed a little, and talked to a new guy named Tony about armour. Matt armored up for the first time and did rather well I think. Kim took Betty's Medieval Gardening class and really enjoyed it. Gracie was a doll.
